How to identify genuine contact from Crest Metals
Fraudsters sometimes use the names of established trading companies. Use the checks below before you act on any offer or payment request.
Crest Metals will never
- ask you to pay into a personal bank account;
- change its bank details by email or messaging app;
- offer gold or stones through social media, or at prices below the market;
- request payment before onboarding is complete and terms are agreed in writing.
