Information only

The content of this website is provided for general information about Crest Metals and the markets it serves. It is not an offer to buy or sell, a solicitation, or a recommendation, and it is not investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. You should not rely on it in making any commercial decision.

We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.

Prices

• Prices and spot values shown on this website are indicative. They are taken from third-party market data sources, may be delayed, and may differ from the prices at which metal can be bought or sold.
• Spot values for bullion formats are calculated from the indicative prices and exclude premiums, fabrication charges, assaying, refining, delivery, insurance, duties and taxes.
• No price on this website is an offer. A price is binding only when Crest Metals confirms it in a written quotation or agreement issued to an approved counterparty.
• We accept no liability for errors, delays or interruptions in the price data.

Business use only

Crest Metals deals only with businesses and institutions that complete its onboarding. This website and its enquiry form are intended for people acting on behalf of such organisations. Our services are not offered to consumers or to retail investors.

Enquiries and onboarding

• Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or a trading relationship, and does not oblige Crest Metals to deal with you.
• Every counterparty must complete onboarding and due diligence before its first transaction. We decide at our discretion whether to approve a counterparty or a transaction, and the law may prevent us from giving reasons for a decision.
• The information you submit must be accurate, complete and given with the authority of the organisation you represent. We may report false or misleading information to the competent authorities where the law requires.
• Every transaction is governed by the written agreement signed for it. If an agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

The Crest Metals name, logo and brand marks, and the text, design, graphics and layout of this website, belong to Crest Metals or are used under licence. Photography from third parties is used under the licences listed on the Photo Credits page.

You may view, download and print pages for your organisation's internal use in assessing a relationship with Crest Metals. Any other copying, reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use this website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its security or operation;
• introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
• copy, scrape or redistribute the price data or other content by automated means;
• use the Crest Metals name or brand to impersonate us, or to make offers or requests in our name.

Crest Metals never asks for payment into a personal account, and never makes offers through social media. Our Fraud Notice explains how to verify contact from us.

Availability and liability

• We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website at any time without notice.
• The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about it.
• To the extent permitted by law, Crest Metals is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including indicative prices, or from any interruption, delay or error. This includes indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, business or opportunity.
• We are not responsible for websites operated by others that this website links to.
• Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date at the top, applies each time you use the website.
